Tides Edge is located on the peninsula of Eastern Shore on the island of Abaco in the Bahamas. It is only one and one-half miles from the center of the town of Marsh Harbour. This results in the privacy of an island with the convenience of the mainland as well as being centrally located to Marsh Harbour, Man O' War Cay, Hopetown and other outlying cays. The premises extend from shore to shore with the beach only a few steps from the front door on the Sea of Abaco to the north. The large boat dock is only a few steps away on the protected water of Sugar Loaf Channel to the south. The house has good elevation on rugged coral bedrock. All areas have cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and each room also has a panoramic view of the water. Large decks surround the living room and bedrooms. Municipal electricity and treated city water are furnished by direct lines from Marsh Harbour. A weekly trash pickup service is in force.

This home is beautiful. It sits up high so you can see wonderful views of the water and a terrific breeze comes through the many sliding glass doors. The boat dock was necessary if you plan on renting a boat. I strongly suggest you do so you can travel to the many out islands. Abaco was beautiful and the people are very friendly. My family and I have many wonderful memories of Tides Edge and the fantastic waters of the Abaco Sea.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
