Park Point Beach House and Duneside Cottage, Situated in Duluth's famed Park Point and a short walk down the beach from Grandma's Restaurant and the Canal Park Lift Bridge are two wonderfully remodeled buildings. Available as a single rental these two separate abodes provide privacy and space for larger groups and gatherings and direct beach access to Lake Superior's public five mile sandy beach with a Park at the end. The Beach House with it's wood paneled kitchen and breakfast room has two bedrooms with queen size beds and additional sleeping in the living room and second floor game room. Two new bathrooms feature beach rock tile and stained wood paneling with a shower and a whirlpool tub. A large formal dining room provides additional eating and dining space for larger groups over the kitchen bar and breakfast room dining area.

The Cottage is complete in itself with two bedrooms, a living area, dining area, kitchenette and full bath. One bedroom has a full sized bed the second has bunkbeds with additional sleeping for two in the living area. The yard is spacious and private with a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a firepit.

Fabulous two days. Best family vacation ever. Two buildings allow flexibility for day naps and for those who do not snooze. My family barely left the house, it was so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Glorious kitchen with upscale stove and sink.
House was beautiful Bathroom in the house had wonderful tub and stonework. The cabin felt like a family cabin that you are coming back year after year. Beds were very comfortable. Nice sized yard.
We walked to Canal Park and to the lift bridge to see the ships arriving. We swam 3 times a day. Only a short walk though the dunes to a beautiful, clean beach. I miss it already.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

This is a fantastic location, only a few blocks from down town. We enjoyed every bit of the house and the cottage. This place is great for larger crowds. The house had everything we needed. We Will always recommend this place to anyone. The owner was very helpful.

We had a bachelorette party at this cabin in August
and had a wonderful time. The cabin is clean, well
cared for, and is a great space for large groups! Will
be keeping this cabin in mind for future get aways!

We had a family reunion in early August with 11 people and the Park Point Cottage and guest homes were just great. Very clean and great location. The beach is a short walk through the dunes, reminds me east coast beaches. Fully stocked with everything you would need including firewood. Great place to stay in the Duluth area, we will be back.

What an awesome place. We just spent a week at Park Point House and Duneside- 3 generations and everyone had a great time. The house and cottage are homey, super clean, well-stocked with linens , kitchen supplies and firewood for the firepit. Grandkids loved the beach,playing in the lake and especially watching the ore boats .The decor in the houses are great-loved the Lake Superior motif in the bathrooms. So many sights to see in Duluth and stroll the Canal park area-just a few blocs from house....looking forward to our next stay..just wish Montana was just a little closer to Duluth.
