AFFORDABLE, COMFORTABLE and CLEAN Breezy Hill GUEST HOUSE and MAIN HOUSE located on Great Exuma in the Bahamas. Situated on top of a hill with a spectacular panoramic view of the crystal blue waters, total relaxation and privacy are paramount! A secluded beach, only 100 yards away, leads to a coral reef brimming with amazing underwater sights. Breezy Hill is the place to rest, relax and enjoy the island lifestyle.

Main House

These accommodations consist of two bedrooms and two full baths each with king-size beds, satellite TV, air conditioning, and WIRELESS internet access 24/7. Be it your own laptop, or our desktop... you are only an instant away from communicating with people from home, or use our VONAGE phone FREE of charge!

Each bedroom is also equipped with a compact refrigerator, an additional pop up daybed for small children to accompany you, and you will have full access to a combined large living room/large kitchen area for your meals and social time with other guests or your own friends. We also have a PACK N PLAY for your toddlers' comfort! VERY AFFORDABLE for FAMILIES!!

Guest House

Breezy Hill Guest House is a large two bedroom home, with two full baths, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for your convenience, with a spectacular view of the ocean from the front deck.

The home accommodates two to four people very comfortably. A new queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room will easily accommodate two additional people. The house comes fully equipped with central air conditioning, satellite TV, and many VHS movies and books for your enjoyment... or bring some of your own. The Guest House is also equipped with WIRELESS Internet Access 24/7. VERY AFFORDABLE FOR FAMILIES!!

And remember, this Guest House has its own secluded sandy beach and natural reef!

We are from Italy and we stayed in Breezy Hill for 11 nights in August 2011. It's really a perfect and ideal place to stay in Great Exuma for many reasons: the house is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, everything is clean and looks new, the house is big, spacious and very comfortable; it's located just 2 minutes walk from an amazing beach. The owners are a couple of extraordinary people, always ready to help you with everything you could need in the house, for your fun on the beaches and around the island. They are kind, friendly, funny and very patient (also with foreigners). They really do their best to let you have an unforgettable time! I would suggest to everyone to go there and I hope I could be back soon!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
