Enjoy our large, private wrap-around deck with covered porch, patio furniture, gas grill and a great view of the golf course, palm trees and live oak. The recently remodeled living room has a pull out sofa and entertainment center with a DVD player. The 2 double glass doorways provide easy access to the patio. The new dining room set has seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the conveniences of home plus a breakfast nook. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, both with a VCR and TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full size bath, located in the hallway. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

Just across the street is the famed Van Der Meer tennis center. Steps away, use Shipyard's many miles of scenic and lighted pathways. Grab your beach towels and take a five minute walk to the new Shipyard Beach Club, with restrooms, outdoor showers, changing rooms, and a deck which has access to endless miles of Beach. If you prefer, take a few steps to the shared community pool. Take a short walk to the four star Crowne Plaza Hotel for a fine dining experience. Within 2 miles are Coligny Plaza and Beach Market for entertainment, restaurants, unique shops and grocery supplies.
