This cottage efficiency, (not a condo) is conveniently located in cottage row minutes from all the restaurants, pubs, etc in downtown Cocoa Beach, across the street (literally) from Slater Way Beach Access. A perfect and comfortable accommodation for a couple or a family of three. Approx 325sq.ft total. Newly remodeled and very clean. Private parking for your car outside your entrance leading to the courtyard with dining space and BBQ. Just park-up and relax......

Relaxing Getaway

My wife and I stayed at the cottage for an extended weekend away and loved it. The pictures accurately display the cottage and its amenities. The beach IS a short walk away, was by far the best part of our vacation. We attempted three sunrises, however the weather did not cooperate. Still, it was worth getting up early and walking the beaches. The cottage is very welcoming and a great refuge after a day at the beach. I would also highly recommend Simply Delicious Restaurant for breakfast. The service was quick and friendly and the food, especially the pastry selection, was amazing.

Jackie and Dave were great neighbors and quick to get us anything we needed. Also, I left my cell phone on the nightstand and I received it within two days. Jackie, thanks so much for shipping it back to me so quickly!

All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend the Done Roam Inn to my friends and family.

the cottage was beautiful just like the pictures, we loved our visit and jackie and dave were wonderfull, we loved the private patio, and the beach just a short distance away, we cant wait to come back,we were planning our retun trip before we left, everything was clean and well maintained, the cottage had everything we needed, we couldnt have asked for better. thanks for everything carla and ed anderson indiana

Quaint Accomodations in Cocoa

Perfect for travelers with style. This was a great cottage with all the basics. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Cocoa Beach is not a real "happening" place, but it was a very cozy and just what the doctor ordered for a quiet vacation. People are very friendly, including the owners of the cottage. Bed was a little hard and sheets were scratchy...but when you play all day and are covered in sand anyway, you don't care as much. The patio area was lovely for breakfast and reading the paper. A perfect ocean breeze comes through and the flowers and plants smell so amazing. This cottage is EXACTLY as pictured. You will not be disappointed. Pack your bags...what are you waiting for?!

Perfect cottage for Florida getaway!

I stayed at Doneroaminn Cottage for a long weekend in April and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The cottage was charming and comfortable (the photos here are accurate -- what you see is what you will get). It felt like home as soon as I unpacked. The weather was perfect in April -- sunny with nice ocean breezes. Didn't need a/c, just had the windows open. The little garden area outside was heavenly, especially with the fragrant jasmine in bloom. I enjoyed breakfast outside in the morning and reading in the evening. The beach is right across the street, you are there in five minutes. At night, the beach is perfect for stargazing -- Saturn was glowing, shooting stars went by and even saw the space station cross the sky. There are lots of dining choices in the area and grocery stores nearby. I appreciated Jackie's recommendation of the Lobster Shanty, where I sat at a table on the deck for a perfect view of the sunset on the water with dinner. I can't wait to return! Jackie -- tell Alfie and Tony I'll be back!

Great vacation.

We had a wonderfull time at your cottage. It is lovely decorated, well maintained and very clean. Jackie and Dave, you are very good hosts. We loved walking on the beach (only 2 minutes away) and sitting in the lovely garden with beautiful plants. We recommend your guesthouse to any couple and we hope to be back ourselves. Thanks for your hospitality.
