Located in Summit Manor, we have a 4th floor unit. Construction was completed May 2007. Across from TGI Fridays on the parkway next to Space Needle & Convention Center. Everything within walking distance. Furnished comfortably with rustic flare, yet offers all the high end electronic toys. Furnishings consist of granite countertops & bar, log king size beds, leather sectional, DSL WIFI, 42' plasma TV plus TV/DVD combo's in each bedroom,even a TV on the balcony, dining table for 6. Master Suite has private balcony & Jacuzzi tub. Private balcony off living room also. Four of the best dining establishments are within 50 yards of our home. Walk across the street to the aerial tram & over to ski mountain. The trolley is also at your doorstep to take you anywhere you want! Once you see the location, you will never want to stay anywhere else! Convenience & in the Heart of the action-Gatlinburg! Vehicle not needed. Within walking distance to Aquarium & all of downtown Gatlinburg!

We stayed 3 night in this condo and it was GREAT.It was very spacious and very clean.it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
The beds were the best I've ever slept in away from home.
I would be the first to recommend it to my friends .

Our family stayed in the condo 6 nights during the New Years holiday. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo has easy access to downtown Gatlinburg for walking. We used our car only 2 times during the 7 days there. The condo is very spacious and clean. Would highly recommand for other to use and we would definitely rent the unit again.

What a great condo to spend your vacation in. Absolutely close to everything and I mean everything you want to do in Gatlinburg. Condo was spotless and had great views. Beds were extremely soft and linens great to snuggle in. Kitchen well stocked with all the necessary things for eating in. Bathrooms good size. Spent a week there with another couple and we had plenty of room AND PLENTY OF FUN. You will really enjoy this condo.

FANTASTIC! This has to be one of the best locations in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything, or take the convenient trolley which stops right at the corner. Walk to great restaurants (we ate at The Peddler, TGIF, Linbergers Seafood, Howard's) or drive over to the Alamo for a mouth watering prime rib! Pigeon Forge is a close drive for more shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The condo is completely furnished to make you feel right at home - and the beds are sooooo comfortable (a BIG PLUS in our book!). It's apparent the owner's have taken pride in making sure they have provided everything you'll need to make you stay comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Up-do-date electronics are also provided so you can access the internet (bring your laptop) or watch a movie on the flat panel TV. We had a GREAT VACATION and hope to return again.

Cannot recomend a better place to stay. We parked the car and never started it again, everything is centrally located with some of the best restraunts Gatlinburg has to offer at the base of the condominium. It is across from the Tram to Ober Gatlinburg. This condo has everything you could wish for and was set up for maximum comfort. Not some hotel room or just another condo that is stuffy, we will be back & suggest it very much
