Washer/dryer off kitchen. Large renovated Master bedroom has four poster bed, skylight, fireplace, office space and balcony overlooking mountain views. Family room with sectional sofa, fireplace and large screen TV, piano in living room/dining area. Upstairs bath has jacuzzi tub and twin sinks. Air conditioning in Master Bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, family room and kitchen. Professionally landscaped one+ acre property with patio area for entertaining and enjoying the serenity and the perennial gardens, hot tub on deck. Notes: The former living room has been converted into a small sitting area and formal dining area with a piano. The kitchen, garden room, family room and outdoor patio provide the dominant areas for groups to gather. There is an outdoor table on the deck near the hot tub. Hot tub is located just off the kitchen. The basement level is carpeted and supplied with some small dumbells, an exercise band and a physioball for home workouts. Air conditioning is in Master Bedroom. Others have ceiling fans. *** During the year, a cat lives at this house.
