The condo is located at the Snow Summit Ski Resort, the perfect spot for skiers, snowboarders and mountain bikers. Walk right up to the chair lifts! Bikes can be locked up securely on the porch, right outside the huge picture window. The location is beautiful and peaceful. There are pine tree views from every window. Relax on the raised deck or in front of the roaring 18-foot high stone fireplace. High pitched ceilings give an open, airy feeling. Got allergies or just fussy about cleanliness? This is the place for you. Completely renovated recently, with new carpet and hard flooring, new beds and bedding, furniture and appliances. Well kept and tastefully decorated throughout, with a woodsy feel. Master suite has queen bed with it's own bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed and bunk bed, as well as a TV with DVD. Second bathroom is adjacent to second bedroom. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck on a star-filled evening, then choose a movie from the video library.

All carpeting, hard flooring, draperies, bedding, pillows, appliances, paint, etc. has been recently replaced. For this reason, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind (even well-behaved ones), nor do we allow smoking in our home. This is a very clean, tastefully decorated, high-quality residence. Spring breakers and party animals need not apply. This is the owner’s personal vacation home, and the owners make every effort to keep it in top condition. Ski / Board: This is as good as you can get in Big Bear. You are right at Snow Summit, Southern California's premier ski resort. Walk right up to the ski lifts, then come home to comfort at the end of a great day on the slopes.

Mountain Bike: This is where hard-core mountain bikers gather. The lifts will take you to the top of the mountain - how you get down is up to you!

Golf / Hike / Fish: How will you find time to do everything that Big Bear offers? Do it all, or do nothing at all as you relax and take in the serene mountain environment.

Ski: Snow Summit is where it's at for skiers and snowboarders. Great for families, and shredders of all ages.

Golf: Bear Mountain golf course is a nine-hole course located in the meadow just below the Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The mountain surroundings provide a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors.

A lovely condo in a great location

I spent 3 great nights in this lovely condominium. The housekeeping is immaculate and the condo has many small touches that make it quite special. It is REALLY close to the Snow Summit lifts. Easy walking distance even for us older guys to get to the slopes. You will happy with these accommodations.

It felt like home

We had a wonderful time at the “Tree Top Inn”. Bart and his wife have done a beautiful job furnishing the place with warmth and charm. From the moment we opened the door as we arrived until we closed and locked it as we departed, Nora and I continued to comment about the care that they have taken to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you very much for sharing your place with us. The proximity to the slopes should make it a very attractive rental for the winter months. But, for us, the summer getaway with our two small grandchildren was perfect, also. We fished, rode bikes along the north shore of the lake, played miniture golf and fed the squirrels. Our grandchildren are 7 and 5. They thought the Tree Top Inn was perfect. So did we.

Perfect Ski Condo

This condo is the closest to ski in/out you can find. Besides the convenience to the slopes, it is close to all the town offers. Inside feels like home with a warm and friendly atmosphere, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it to my friends and we will be back!

We Loved The Tree Top Inn

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful unit for three nights during ski season. It took us less than five minutes, with our gear, to walk to the lifts. This condominium is well maintained and very nicely appointed; we enjoyed all of the comforts of home. The owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had about the unit before our rental period. We highly recommend the Tree Top Inn.

Convenient to skiing and well maintained

My family are all skiers so walking to the lifts was a major benefit to us. It is decorated and maintained very well. The owner is very responsive and nice. Everything works with some surprising extras.

We would give it a five if there was real wireless. Trying to use the neighbors never worked.

Also, though there are many lamps that are cute and well placed all the rooms except the bathrooms, dining area and kitchen were very dark. It is either wattage, the style of lighting or the lack of reflection off of dark walls and furniture or all three.
