Although this unit does not view or have direct access to the water it can easily accommodate four to six people (and possibly two more in certain situations). There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and the master bath has a double-vanity and a Jacuzzi tub. It has a small 1-car garage and a patio equipped with furniture and a BBQ. All the furnishings are there, you just need to bring your personal belongings.

Please note, this is an exclusive premier resort area where private membership is required and access is not always available to the general public. However, nearby there is public access to all water sports, a 9 hole golf course, hiking, biking, antiquing, and there is even a small private airport all within 3 miles of the townhouse.
