A Extraordinary home located at the end of Rocky Point Road on the Point, surrounded by water and panoramic views. This house offers a private setting located off the main street with a large yard and plenty of parking. All amenities are new as of 2006 and 07 including house furniture linens, beds, Hot Tub, kyak, Floating dock , ping pong table, dart board, Hammocks, chairs, lounge chairs, pool table, large deck. One of the most spectacular setting for nature; tremendous variety of birds, ducks, geese, cranes, storks, deer, turkey and other wildlife throughout the property. Not to mention one of the most popular fishing holes on the lake right outside your front door. Fishing and golf packages are available on request. No Smoking, Please.

Additional information about rental rates

  • June July and august require minimum of a 5 night stay
  • $4500 a week - off season rate available?
    A $500 deposit is required at the time reservation is made.
    Half of the remaining must balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
    Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
    Cancellations are subject to $100 cancellation and processing fee.
    There is no refund if canceled 21 days prior to arrival date.
    All renters are required a damage deposit that will be refunded after the home is inspected for damages, missing items, and long distant calls.
  • $3000 a week off season or $500 a night.
    2 day minimum stay

Our family spent 3nights and 4days at this lake house. The view of the lake from the house was beautiful. If you're into fishing for big bass, this is the place for you. Not recommended for a girls getaway. Overall the house was well maintence and was in good condition. Can't wait to return. Dont forget to bring the BUG Spray.
