The beach is steps away from the condo and can be enjoyed by sunbathers, shell seekers, surfers, fishermen, swimmers, snorkelers, as well as those who love to stroll the beach. Marriott hotel provides rental of kayaks, personal watercraft, wind surfer, and many other activities. Nearby attractions include: many local restaurants, shopping in adorable downtown Stuart, historical museums, cinemas, live theater, scuba diving, fitness center, spas and Publix food market nearby.

I enjoyed seaside life in this immaculate condo in a restful beach
Resort on Hutchinson Island near Stuart Florida while visiting friends
In the area . The condo was equipped with everything I needed for
the five week stay and was pleasantly decorated in muted colors.
The magnificent view off the balcony of the Atlantic and her many
moods and changing colors was a constant wonder: the hearty
souls who surfed and kayaked out there provided great
entertainment. A designated parking space was provided in the
parking garage under the building.

This condo has a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful location in Indian River Plantation. The unit was immaculately clean and offers a full kitchen and many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope return to this condo in the future.

Overall, this condo appeared to be clean and recently painted when we first arrived. However, upon closer examination it became apparent that this unit was extremely dusty. There was a vacumn cleaner in the bedroom closet, but it was not very effective at eliminating the dust. After two days in the condo, I had a full blown asthma attack and the beginnings of an upper respitory infection. The television set in the living room did not work and one of the burners on the stove also did not work. The carpets were dirty and also felt very dusty. The condos only asset was the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo was overpriced considering the lack of amenities and the dust.
Owner's Response: As an owner I am always interested in my tenant's comments. However, in this situation this tenant never contacted me or advised me of any concerns or problems during their stay. In addition upon their departure I found that the television, stove and vacuum cleaner were all functioning and in good working order. As far as amenties and the unit's condition they are clearly represented as part of our Home Away listing. After all a picture is worth a thousand words as seen in the pictures in the listing. Unfortunately, I believe that this tenant was more upset because one of our Condo's Board Members brought to my attention that this tenant was in violation of our Condo's Rules & Regulations and the situation had to be addressed. We have never had any negative comments or complaints in the past and in fact have many repeat tenants returning year after year. You can never please everyone all of the time.
