Come listen to the bands while tasting the local wines (See local vineyards and events) , Walk to Southold Village or Beautiful Bay Beaches or just relax on your own patio while overlooking green lawns and mature trees. In the heart of the North Fork Wine Country and beautiful beaches. We have a 1840's home with a furnished attached cottage available for weekend's, week or month rental. Cottage has small eat in kitchen, bath, living room and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full size bed. Separate entrance with own patio area and comfortable patio furniture. Newly furnished with Sat TV (Including HBO). Both bedrooms have new window AC units. Beautiful property with century old lilacs.

The cottage is as described. Mark and Mona are great people and very warm and welcoming. Great local beaches, lots of wineries just up the road. Only two small complaints: the beach is beyond walking distance (2 miles) and I couldn't get cellphone reception in the house or consistent internet access. But that could be my equipment--people who visited me did not have that problem.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thanks we enjoyed having you. For the beach we have complimentary beach chairs and rental bikes available for our folks who may be limited by air travel to have these.
