Casa Palmera is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house located in the prestigious Mar Vista development in Playa Flamingo . The house was completed in 2018 and sits about half way up the mountainside, It is decorated in a modern style with open plan living, kitchen & dining room and 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. When opening the door you are greeted by amazing ocean views.

We are a family of 6, originally from the UK and the USA. Our 2 older daughters are in University in Scotland and Australia and our younger 2 are at school here in Costa Rica. We moved and built our home here last year and are truly enjoying the Pura Vida lifestyle, wonderful weather and amazing sunsets that Costa Rica has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We built our house on an amazing piece of property with Beautiful views which every room looks out onto. Mar Vista is a planned, gated community but is not jam packed with cookie cutter houses. There is plenty of space and jungle for everyone to feel like they have their own little piece of paradise.
