We chose this home specifically for its location, it is on the open water with a canal. It has immense Open Water views in a Tropical setting with a Deep Water Canal, 25 ft. deep X 30 ft. across. So when you want to relax, or play, you are already there. The canal is filled with thousands of fish. From your shoreline, you can go Fishing, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, or Kayaking. This area is known for its world class sport fishing. You are also centrally located to make a quick trip to Marathon or Key West.

Fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating are all very popular. Looe Key is directly off the coast of Little Torch Key and is considered the best snorkel/dive site in the continental US. Or just dive out your front door and into the deep water canal that flows in front of the house. it is 25' deep and 30' across and is filled with thousands of fish, perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or scuba diving. And fishing, go fishing right from the shore or take a charter. This is the center of the World-Class Sport Fishing. Key West is a favorite destination for historical homes, shopping, beaches, restaurants. Don't forget about Mallory Square, where crowds gather to watch the sunset, street entertainers, live music, and dancing. If you're still looking for more activities, you are not too far from the Middle and upper Keys. They have larger shops, gardens, golfing, dolphin programs, wildlife, etc...
