This condo has location, comfort and convenience. Beside the great beach out front it is very close to all the other popular surfing spots on North Shore. You can enjoy views of the ocean from the front of the condo and the beautiful farmland and mountains from the back. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, with the convenience of town just a mile away. There is plenty of biking, hiking, jogging right out your front door. This condo is convenient to tons of activities, such as, golfing, horseback riding, fishing, zoo/wildlife, boating, tennis, windsurfing, sailing, the Dole Pineapple Plantation, just to name a few. You will be staying in a newly renovated condo that was recently turned into a vacation rental. You will certainly enjoy all the new amenities in this comfortable, well stocked, condo. Secure underground parking is also available. Call me and lets get you into a place where I know you will truly enjoy your stay.

Waialua is located next to the famous North Shore surfing town of Haleiwa. It is a quiet little town without all the tourist traffic. The beach is one of the best. Offering great surfing, snorkeling and swimming for all levels. You will enjoy snorkeling and seeing tons of sea life and it is a regular route for the sea turtles. It is a short drive to most any spot of interest on the island. Waialua has a wonderful, Saturday market that offers local produce and crafts. The market is held in the same area where the old soap factory is located. You can enjoy the local polo matches while swimming in the ocean adjacent to the polo field. Drive down to the local airport and take a hike that will be a great workout, as you enjoy the fantastic views. For the golfers, you cannot beat the near by courses. The local restaurants are super. Do not miss a visit to the Grass Skirt Grill in Haleiwa. You can get all your needs filled at the local markets, Costco and Walmart are just minutes away.

I dont know where to start. We moved here. After arriving here with only 12 suitcases, (10 were my girlfriends:-) I thought we were going to need to buy a lot of things right away, but because this place was so well stocked, we saved money from the get-go. The feeling you get when you first arrive is that equal to a shade tree on a hot day with a glass of ????? Oh ya, its that good! Our stay existed of 5 weeks and this condo was perfect. The furniture, fixtures, and electronics are tasteful and modern, the bed is comfortable as well as the futon, the condo is also very spacious. The patio is welcoming as well as relaxing and you have good views of the ocean. From the front, you have the beautiful Waianae mountain range that will take your breath away. I could go on forever, but im sure you get the picture.In addition, this was the smoothest and easiest transition we have ever experienced. There is much more here than what you see. Seriously.......We moved here.
