Sun City Grand is an adults (over 45) resort community with 4 golf courses, three pools, spa, 2 fitness clubs etc. My home has all modern amenities including 3 large screen HD TV's (one with dvr) and a wireless broadband home network, central air, 5 ceiling fans, and new bedding. Phoenix, Arizona has nearly 300 sunny days and only 7 inches of rain a year! It is no wonder Phoenix has become a popular golf destination. High season starts in November when Northerners flock to the warmth of the south and ends in May when they migrate back home. Summers are hot but VERY dry. During the winter the weather is spring-like. Sorry but minimum rental period is one month, and only adults over 45 are accepted. Mexico is only 3 hours away! Dentist for 75% Less than US: The small town of Los Algodones (al-go-dough-ness) is located in the northern most part of Mexico just 3 hours from my home. The city of Yuma AZ is seven miles away and supplies their pure clean water. The logistics of everything involved in visiting an Algodones dentist makes the experience highly efficient. 1. Los Algodones is easy to get to, just two exits from Yuma. 2. Parking is easy to get to, A huge secure parking lot butted right up against the international border operated by the Quechan Indian Nation is available. Parking is $3. 3. Every dentist is easy to get to. With a dentist at every door, almost, Any dentist in Algodones can be reached in less than ten minute walking from the border.

Nearby Places to visit by car: Lav Vegas is an easy 5 hour drive, Sedona is 2 hours, and the Grand Canyon scenic Train in Williams AZ is less than 3 hours (only one hour from Sedona)

Golf information: We have four 18 hole courses which are playable by renters with the $100 activity card described above. Here are the rates (the same for all four courses) Resident Daily Fees 18-Holes $39;Twilight $29;Super Twilight 9 holes, Without the $100 pass 18 holes cost $90.
