Change of Pace!

My family had a wonderful time in this relaxing vacation home! It was a very nice change of pace for my family's busy life. The house is located in a quite little neighborhood and sits back in a cul-de-sac so the street is nice and quiet.
The bay beach is just a quick drive away (or a long walk, which wouldn't be a good idea with our small children) and had all kinds of neat sea life waiting for discovery; a part of the vacation my family loved! We found tons of different crabs and fish and even a sea urchin. Then there's the pass to Honeymoon Island that is included in the rental and let me tell you, that is the best beach we've ever been to! Dolphins even swam right in front of us, so cool. Not too crowded, very quick drive, food and bathrooms on site. It was better than Clearwater beach! Which by the way, is about a 15 min drive away and was a lot of fun too!
We enjoyed watching the different types of tropical birds adorn the back yard during the day and my children enjoyed chasing many and catching one little lizard in the yard!
Downtown Dunedin was just wonderful! A lot of little shops to visit including a delicious ice cream shop that was frequented by our family.
Over all, perfect trip! We had three adults and two children ages 3 and 5 that stayed there and enjoyed our stay immensely!
