This House is beautifully Furnished and is a totally remodeled Home!! Because of the nearby access to the 101 freeway, you can drive to the surrounding cities with ease. Phoenix approx. 10min, Scottsdale approx. 15mins. Sedona, Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon are just hours away for a day trip!!! Tennis courts are located within the Arrowhead community. Golf at the Legends of Arrowhead: 21025 N 67th Ave, Call for Tee times or Golf at Bellaire :semi -private :17233N 49AV. The Peoria Sports complex for the SEA Mariners and SD Padres is just up the road 10 mins away off 83 Av. Email For Rates!! The views from the house are wonderful!! This house has a built-in fireplace and Bar-b-que!! Great entertainment area!!! We will be installing a hot tub by Nov 2008!!There are so many stores and Arrowhead Mall is just right around the corner walmart, costco and so many store between 67th Ave and 83rd,stores,dinning places, bars and so much more!!!
