Immaculate and tastefully appointed, this recently constructed town home boasts 1400+sf of luxurious, climate controlled space. XC skiing out front door, 15-minute drive to Whiteface Mt. for downhill. Tennis, platform tennis, golf, Olympic Arena, skating or swimming in lake, toboggan run, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Phone, hairdryer and 2 bulky robes provided. Cable TV set up with VCR, DVD and CD. Cathedral great room featuring 10' long windows and fireplace with polished granite hearth, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious dining area, laundry room, storage room and plenty of closet space complete the picture. Back brick patio topped with deck on second floor offer sun soaking opportunities.

Come treat yourself to convenience, beauty and comfort.

Olympic Village beckons you: The Olympic Arena is within 5-10 minute walk from townhouse. As well as national and international skating and hockey competitions, the arena hosts special events and public indoor skating. Starting here are tours of other Olympic venues (biathlon, bobsled, luge, ski jumps, cross country skiing, Whiteface Mountain for downhill events). The Olympic Museum also located at the arena as it was the site of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Games.

Owner offers discounted ski tickets to Whiteface.

Lake Placid is golfers' paradise.: This townhouse is ideally located steps awy from the most breathtaking view in Lake Placid without climbing a mountain and 45 holes of award winning golf at the Crowne Plaza/Lake Placid Resort. Golf Digest recently awarded the resort a 4-star rating and Links Magazine ranks this resort as one of the 'Eight Icons of American Resort Golf' along with Pebble Beach and Pinehurst. Three other golf courses, Craig Wood, Whiteface Resort and Saranac Lake, can be reached within a 15 minutes drive.

Site of the Olympic Games in 1932 and 1980, Lake Placid in the midst of the Adirondack Mountains is a mecca for winter and summer sports enthusiasts . When the snow melts, golf starts with 5 courses opening within a 15- minute drive from the townhouse. On site tennis, golf and swimming in the lake are all possible without a car. Proximity of the village gives guests a chance for strolling to the shopping/dining areas or attending concerts, productions and other events in the Arena. Each season offers its own treats as far as hiking, fishing and natural beauty are concerned. The flaming leaves attract visitors in September and October.

This condo is absolutely amazing! For starters it is in a great location, about 10 minutes from Whiteface and just a short walk from the center of Lake Placid. As well, it has a great view and huge windows at the back of the unit to show them off. The kitchen is a great size with a huge bar/penninsula area that is great to hang out at! The fireplace and decks are also nice. Altogether this is a great unit with a landlady that will guarantee your stay is absolutely perfect!

The town house was a lot more than we expected it to be. It was really relaxing and comfortable. The town house was set up with everything that we could possibly ever need.

Linda was great. She told us everything that we needed to know, she also answered any questions that we had and gave us lots of extras.

We will defiantly be back to stay at Linda's.

We completely enjoyed our stay in #19. The location was great for the entire family. We all liked being able to walk or bike to the beach or into town, yet still have a little privacy away from the main streets. We aren't golfers, but if we were this would be a perfect spot, right across the street from the L.P. Club Golfhouse.

The condo had everything we needed (kitchen, laundry, supplies, even beach towels). Thank you Linda for being such a nice hostess. Oh, and one more thing.... usually you don't need air conditioning in L.P. in the summer, but we were delighted to have it this time during a little heat-wave.
