I was born in Providence, RI and grew up in Northern CT/Western MA where I went to college in Springfield. Having lived in Chicago for 4 years, I returned to CT and began general contracting homes for myself and family. In 2003 my husband Don and I began purchasing rental properties and have owned in CT, FL and now in Newport, RI. We love Newport because it is a year-round destination and has so much to offer.

We loved this property because of the location...walking distance the water, to downtown and Bellevue Avenue and because the property was renovated from the studs up! All the modern amenities and features with a great location.
