Over 2,800sq.feet of gorgeous space. There are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 14. 4-Full baths, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Top of the line furnishings, including leather living room. Beautifully decorated. Outside shower. Parking for 2+ cars. Wireless Internet Access as well. Immaculate. No expense spared, must see. This is a family home only!! We do not rent for Proms or Senior week.

Comforters and pillows are provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels.

Attractions: This beautiful house is just 11/2 blocks to the beach. The water park is located on the beach block as well. There are two amusement parks within walking distance. Miniature golf is just a walk away and an ice cream parlor is within view of the house.

Parking: There is off street parking for 2+ cars, a must in Ocean City.

Downtown shopping: Shopping on Asbury ave is just a few blocks away. There you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and now there are scheduled activities for the kids all summer long.

First of all, if you know anything about Ocean City, a big porch with awnings is such a classic and this has it. The location was perfect - close enough to walk with ease to the beach and boards but just far enough to be quiet.
Property is clean and looks brand new. Lots of thought put into things like baskets everywhere (like the 4 full bathrooms) to store your stuff and much more. The tub is so cool, too!
Cutest ice cream parlor in eye-shot with "Winnie the Pooh" out there every night. The kids loved it. You can walk to the grocery store, Asbury Ave (shopping), etc. We rarely used our cars except for some excursions (Pirate Ship is great for kids aged 4-8 right off 9th Street Bridge).
Really too much good stuff. There are some stairs but my 71 year old mother-in-law had no problem. The owner, Dawn, was great. Many thanks to her.
It was up to me to find a place to please the in-laws and this was winner.
