This property is a quad villa in the urbanisation of Playa Flamenca. The property has 3 bedrooms all of double size, all with air conditioning units fitted and will comfortably accommodate 6, we can provide a travel cot for an extra child. The master bedroom has its own balcony (safe installed) whilst the others are twin bedded and situated on the first and ground floor. The bright & tastefully decorated lounge/dining area has air conditioning, ample seating, with Sky TV& HiFi system. Fitted Kitchen, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, the 2nd bathroom is on this floor. Delightful sun porch with table/chairs ideal for early morning breakfasts. A large roof solarium is located on the third floor, equipped for sunbathing. Outdoors: large patio/garden with table and chairs, there is a barbeque for your use, car parking, private swimming pool for your own use, sun beds are supplied. Ten minutes drive from three superb golf courses. 2km from blue-flag beach

Selection of bars, restaurants and English supermarket 2 minutes from villa, VIA Park complexes 10 minutes walk. (Our recommendations are detailed in our welcome book, they include Maggies, The Causeway Bistro in Via Park). Playa Flamenca, Saturday Market one of the best on the Coasta Blanca, 2 minutes away. At the local Mercadona book for Free Green bus tours, best way to see the area. Tourist Information Office beside the Mercadona. A fabulous familly go kart track is also local and caters for all age groups, including the very young. We are also a 5 minute walk away from a excellent pool, restauarant and crazy golf complex - called La Chimosa. Only 10 minutes drive away is the local cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its harbour, beautiful esplanade and many shops and cafe bars and newly opened theatre which is a must visit. For those looking for souvenirs there are small market stalls open most evening along the front.

  • PLEASE NOTE - A SEPARATE OF 65 EURO IS REQUIRED TO COVER THE COST OF CLEANING AND LAUNDRY. THIS PAYMENT IS PAID LOCALLY TO OUR AGENT ON ARRIVAL AT THE VILLA.

    PLEASE NOTE AIR CONDITIONING IS AT EXTRA COST DURING JUNE JULY AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL 15 EURO PER WEEK.
  • Arrangements can be made to collect parties of 4 or less from the airport for a small charge, all holiday guests are met personnally at the airport or if you are using your own transport you will be met at the villa at an agreed time.

We had a really wonderful time and all of us feel very relaxed now! The villa is absolutely wonderful and having our own pool a complete luxury ! So thank you. Rachael. Fantastic time had by all. Everything we needed with walking distance, hope to return next year. Bryan and Joan. Completely relaxed and unstressed, lovely restaurants and bars close by. Dessie, Yvonne, Jimmy and Hazel. Just a note to say thanks a lot, we had a great time at the villa. We stayed by the pool every day except one when we went to the beach. The weather was great and the holiday was very relaxing. The villa was really comfortable and handy for the Bars, restaurants and shops, June 2007 - Dermott O'Brien and family. Just to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at your villa and to be honest the photos didn't do it justice. Sue and Neil were really lovely, helpful and cheerful, a real asset! The villa was clean and the garden well cared for. Thanks again Doyle family August 2007

Lovely Villa, Perfect Holiday

I was very apprehensive as we had never rented privately before, but we need not have worried at all, from the minute we contacted the owner till we got on the plane home everything was perfect in every way. The Villa is outstandingly kept, everything shining, in perfect working order and with the most gorgeous gardens and pool area to relax in. The pool was just outside the door and completely for our own use so handy for the kids that they could pop inside for juice and snacks whenever they felt like it. Lots of nice restuarants close by and although we rented a car, I think we probably could have managed without it as the staff across the road in Maggies would have arranged for a taxi if need be. A short walk took us to the Saturday market, well worth a visit to stock on the most delicious fruit we have had in along while. I could carry on singing the praises for a while longer but my advise is go see it for yourself, we have looked into going back next summer and believe me we never ever do that. Thanks again and hopefully see you soon.

Superb 3 bed Villa -Solarium & Private Pool.

We went to this beautiful villa with four children aged 11,8,4+4.my mother and my husband. We travelled from 4th-11th May, weather was lovely apart from one day. The villa was spotless, had everything you could want. The children played in the pool every day all day. There are a lot of bars and restaurants close by, Clarkes is two minutes away beside Maggie's bar and the food was great. There are no shops for presents/clothes in the area but the bar lady in Clarkes can fix you up with a ("taxi") man who is very reasonable. We all hope to return soon, next time for longer!!

Lovely Visit. Stunning Villa

Arrived back in Shannon last night after our trip to Playa Flamenco. We had a great week - weather was mixed but did not bother us too much.

The Villa was fabulous and very central for the bit of touring we did. Neill and Sue looked after us very well.
