Our just renovated & tastefully decorated very CLEAN home has a large living area with AC/TV/DVD/FIOS new couches/new wooden floors. Wireless internet & FIOS. New 32' flatscreen/fridge/dishwasher/microwave/pots/pans/spices/cleaning supplies/ Breakfast bar seating for 6. Large capacity washer/dryer. All bedrooms are on the same level (3) Queen (1) Full. Brand new mattresses, mattress covers, alarm clock,dressers, nite stand/ceiling fans. The large downstairs family room has 2 couches 1 is a pull out. another TV/cable/VCR/DVD with children's board games/kids movies. Living area upstairs has A/C 2 new full bathrooms 1 up 1 down wainscoated adorably.Enclosed new outdoor enclosed HOT shower.

OUTDOORS: Access to level treelined back yard and deck from the kitchen. Large Coleman gas grill (Propane provided), new outdoor furniture and 2 beach wagons. 4 car drive in a nice quiet neighborhood. IT IS OUR SUMMER HOME TOO too!

  • Finished basement (bonus room) can be the children's play place that has a TV/VCR/DVD. Board games such as operation, candyland, cards, outburst, risk, chess, checkers. This is our summer home too! Disney movies. Bedrooms are freshly painted with pretty colors and tastefully decorated with top of the line furniture with a dresser/nite stand to match. Mattresses and mattress covers are brand new. Ceiling fans LINENS for a small fee 32' TV FIOS and WIRELESS INTERNET, TV/ DVD/ VCR?FIOS are downstairs. Exit to the level backyard from the kitchen that has a new deck and large Coleman gas grill. The NEW enclosed HOT/COLD outdoor shower is waiting. The two new full bathrooms are tastefully decorated. I will supply linens & comforters. 2 beach wagons Get lobster right off the docks.

Quiet neighborhood 1.1 mi to Scarborough Beach,1.2 mi to Roger Wheeler Block Island Ferry and 1.2 mi Narragansett State Beach. Enjoy nearby amusement rides, miniature golf ice cream stores and great stores. Great breakfast stores, seafood restaurants ,lounges and nightlife. Balloon races in August by URI campus which is 8miles away. 10 min to Narraganset Pier, quaint town with nightlife,stores and small town beach. Block Island ferry is 5min way, Mystic CT 20 minutes, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun 50 min. 5 state/town beach within a 3 mile radius.

Great beach house

We were here for the week in July, really enjoyed the house. We have a 4 month old and my sister-in law has a 4 yr old and a 6 month old. First time at Scarborough beach which was great...The house is only about a mile from the beach. Outdoor shower was very nice and it was nice to have AC in the house as well. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed there at the house for us. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. The owners stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Aunt Carrie's had some great seafood which is right down the road; lots of places nearby to eat, and also mini golf nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great 4th of July in RI

We rented the house for 2 weeks in July - we had a great time. The house was really clean when we arrived and nicely decorated with all the beachy items. The downstairs room is great for the kids to play - I have 3 children under the age of 11. There were videos for them to watch and board games for them to play. The owner provided linen for a small fee which was great one less thing to pack for a family of 5. There were so many things for us to do besides the beach. There was fireworks for the 4th of July; the annual balloon festival in Newport. We also did the mansion tours in Newport. What a great time. One of my favorite things was going down the boats in Galilee to get our lobsters and fresh seafood. The brochures that the owner provides for the local sites, activities and restaurants were great. Can't wait for next year!!

Rented for past three years

This past summer was our third year staying in the house. We had a blast! Although it was the hotest week of the summer the house was cool and comfortable!
Each room is spacious and clean. It's great having two bathrooms plus the outside shower.. makes life easier with kids!

The downstairs is great for the kids. They have all the space they need to play video games, watch movies etc.
Looking forward to summer of 2011!

Great Vacation !

We can't thank you enough for a great vacation. After lasts years experience we were DELIGHTED with your home! It was neat, clean and all the site promised. The kitchen was fully stocked; thank you for mailing us new dishtowels the week we were there! The beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were freshly painted. We loved having the family room downstairs to watch movies. We walked to the beach most days, grilled something quick fro dinner and we were off again! We shopped till we dropped, doing our part to stimulate the economy. It was great having so much shopping so close by. We also took the short drive to the beautiful town of Watch Hill. I would be happy to rent again next year. I also felt so comfortable knowing that you were just a phone call away. Thanks again.
