Stocked kitchen: large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans spices/cleaning supplies/ Breakfast bar seating for 6. Each bedroom on same level (3) Queen (1) Full have brand new mattresses, mattress covers, alarm clock,large dresser, nite stand and ceiling fan. The large downstairs family room has 2 couches1 is a pull out. TV/FIOS/VCR/DVD children's board games/Disney movies/cards. Living area upstairs has air-conditioning, 2 brand new full bathrooms 1 up 1 down wainscoated adorably.Enclosed new outdoor HOT/cold shower, easy access to level back yard and deck from the kitchen, large gas Coleman grill, new outdoor furniture and 2 beach wagons. 4 car parking in a nice quiet neighborhood. 25 mins to Newport 5 minutes to (Galilee: Block Island Ferry) and 1.7 mi to Scarboroough/1.6 to Narragansett Bchs/5mins Block Island Ferry

Great breakfast stores, seafood restaurants ,lounges and nightlife. Balloon races in August by URI campus which is 10miles away. 10 min to Narraganset Pier, quaint town with nightlife,stores and small town beach. Block Island ferry is 5min way, Mystic CT 20 minutes, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun 50 min. 5 state/town beach within a 3 mile radius.

Great beach house

We were here for the week in July, really enjoyed the house. We have a 4 month old and my sister-in law has a 4 yr old and a 6 month old. First time at Scarborough beach which was great...The house is only about a mile from the beach. Outdoor shower was very nice and it was nice to have AC in the house as well. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed there at the house for us. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. The owners stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Aunt Carrie's had some great seafood which is right down the road; lots of places nearby to eat, and also mini golf nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

We can't thank you enough for a great vacation. After lasts years experience we were DELIGHTED with your home! It was neat, clean and all the site promised. The kitchen was fully stocked; thank you for mailing us new dishtowels the week we were there! The beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were freshly painted. We loved having the family room downstairs to watch movies. We walked to the beach most days, grilled something quick fro dinner and we were off again! We shopped till we dropped, doing our part to stimulate the economy. It was great having so much shopping so close by. We also took the short drive to the beautiful town of Watch Hill. I would be happy to rent again next year. I also felt so comfortable knowing that you were just a phone call away. Thanks again.

This was our second time staying at this house, and it was even nicer than last year! The kitchen and most of the rooms were freshly painted. The house was clean and the kitchen is indeed fully stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation.
Hope to be back again next year!

Loved the house, rebooked for next year!

The house is as described! When we arrived in early July, we had brand new carpeting through out the house. The bathroom downstairs (which is a complete plus!) was brand new and beautiful. The upstairs bathroom was clean and neat. The kids played video games downstairs, which helped keep them out of our hair.
The beds were comfy and the rooms were freshly painted.
The house is conveniently located near the beach and other local attractions.
We have booked again for next summer!!

The only scent I smelled was new wood, new paint & new carpet. We had 9 people staying in the house six of them kids! The downstairs new family room and bathroom was great because the kids played, video games , watched TV etc. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and upon leaving we immediately booked for next year.!
