We stayed in the unit in May 2008. We have relatives in Coral Springs and wanted something close to the Beach but also close access to highways, etc...for visiting. The location was wonderful. Although A1A is busy (caution is warranted when crossing to the beach as the crosswalk light was very short), the condo was very quiet and provided plenty of room for us and our twin 3 year olds. Joe was extremely helpful in getting us settled and provided a lot of nice touches (beach chairs, towels, beach toys, detergent) to make vacationing much easier. Our kids loved how close it was to the beach (right across the street) and we spent many days playing and walking on beaches that were not overflowing with people (which is what we liked!). Except for the kitchen table (it was a tall table with bar chairs), the accomodations were very kid-friendly. We will definately be visiting again.

This condo is fantastic!! It is conviniently located and close to the private beach. The inside is spacious and beautiful! There is plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing and sleeping. The balcony is a good size and a great place for that morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is very modern and includes everything you need for cooking and eating. There are plenty of beach chairs, as well as an umbrella and coolers. The common areas in the complex are very clean and well kept up. There is also plenty to do in the area - we enjoyed banana boating, an everglades tour, a ghost walk, the beach, restuarants and ice cream. We had several family members staying nearby, and they all complimented our facilities. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Fort Lauderdale.

What a place. Brand new and stunning. Had a great week. Came from Illinois on a guys weekend golf trip. Didnt know what to expect. Turned out better than we thought. Owner went over backwards to make sure our stay was memorable. Would recommend to anyone. what a weekend!!!!!!

Outstanding property on near Ft Lauderdale

This is a brand new building. The unit we staying in was very large , comfortable and had all of the conveniences required, Beach is a 3 minute walk and downtown is a 10 minute ride, Boca Raton is nearby as is amazing shopping , golf and dining. Finally the owner is hands on and very helpful.
