VILLA FLORENZA POOL & SPA - LAKE CHELAN, WA. - MAGAZINE PROFILED HOME

July 23, 2012, We just spent a week at Villa Florenza. Every year, for a number of years, we have a family gathering each Summer. This year we had it at VF and it was spectacular.
The location, scenery, and property was phenomenal. The infinity pool was the best part as everyone used it each day. The inside of the house was beautiful and the amenities were wonderful.
David, the caretaker, was a warm and wonderful host and very attentive to our needs. If any little thing did arise, he got it taken care of right away and was always available and timely in providing information on the house, its operation, and the surrounding area.
I would definitely go to VF again. Thanks for a wonderful time, Peter B.

This was our first time renting this home for our summer vacation - we are several couples - with adult children - who have vacationed together in the Chelan area for about eight years now. .We always stay on the lake - this vacation rental home is magnificent. We were surprised to learn that the home has been rented out for about five years. . . It looks and feels like a brand new house. The view is amazing. Our favorite "activity" was sitting out on the pool/deck area - relaxing in the sunshine - listening to music and reading. A true bonus is that the doors to the deck from the living area fold off to the side - opening up the interior to the outdoors. The house has a spacious cook's kitchen - room for everyone to help preparing meals around the island. The warming drawer was a bonus not usually found in rentals. The office area on the top floor is large enough so that multiple laptops could be "stored" on the L-shaped desk space - very nice that this space is open to the main floor, and the views almost made work time a treat!

The owner's caretaker stopped in a few times to check on the pool/hot tub, haul away trash, etc. He stops in early in day and his visits were unobtrusive; when we called him with a question he responded immediately.

I would highly recommend this vacation home if you want to treat yourself to a private, beautiful home with gorgeous outdoor and interior space. It exceeded our expectations - and we are all looking forward to many years of "living" here - at least for one week every summer.

Our 4 children, spouses and grand children joined us for a week at Villaflorenza to celebrate our 50th anniversary and it was truely a celebration. The home is a beautiful as the pictures - or better, the pool, spa and patio were a non-stop attraction and the boat dock with lift was a real plus. The lake and the mountains are a natural wonder one never tires of viewing. The whole family had a memorable, great time together.
