The Koyukon home is located in a peaceful, South Lake Tahoe neighborhood, just steps from acres of wide-open National Forest land for hiking, sledding, fishing and rafting.
Only 5 minutes from Heavenly ski resort, 15 minutes from Sierra at Tahoe, 35 minutes from Kirkwood and a short drive to Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake. Centrally located for quick access to everything, like Casinos and the newly renovated Heavenly Village!
The 1,700-square-foot home was mostly remodeled since 2005, with special attention given to comfortable beds and living areas.

- Major Holidays, such as President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Labor Day and Thanksgiving require a 3 day minimum and have a $50/night additional fee. Christmas, New Years require a 5 day minimum and have a $150/night additional fee (one day prior, holiday and day following the holiday). Additional holiday fees include the holiday itself and two days prior and following the holiday. A $500, refundable security deposit is required. Funds will be returned in full upon confirmation of positive property condition when cleaning occurs. The definition of positive property condition is determined exclusively by the property owner.
- Cancellation policy: no refund if cancellation is made two weeks or more prior to the reservation date. $100 fee for cancellations made prior to two weeks of the reservation date.
