It is walking distance to the main beach front and minutes from famous Las Olas Blvd, downtown Ft Lauderdale, shopping, restaurants, fine dining, malls, airport, local water sports, spas, health and fitness centers, Port Everglades, supermarkets, banks, major chains, etc. Very exclusive high end neighborhood!
