This single story townhome is part of Legacy Villas, a brand new gate guarded community adjacent to the historic La Quinta Resort & Spa.The peacefulness of Legacy provides the serenity one looks for in a vacation spot with fun and excitement close by. It is well suited to both families and adults. There are many walking and biking paths within the community, continuing into the town and centers of La Quinta. This particular townhome is in one of the best locations in the complex, snuggled up against the Santa Rosa mountains. It has been professionally decorated in a pleasing style. Golf, tennis, spa, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Legacy Villas has a beautiful clubhouse with many saltwater pools to enjoy. One pool was designed especially for children with fun water features. There is a state of the art fitness room. A hammock garden provides views of some of the many fountains throughout the community. It has all the amenities of home including wifi.
