Description: This family livable 2,700 sq. ft third floor condo is ready for the renter. The condo is always maintained in perfect condition. It is the best location at the quiet south end of Marco Island. It is only three blocks away to the south side public entrance of the white sand crescent shaped beach so you can enjoy sunrise and sunset every day. It is also just five blocks to shopping stores and the movie theater. Amenities: Shared condo facilities: Large swimming pool, Tiki hut, club house (including big screen TV, DVD player, exercise room, kitchen and living area, and two restrooms), three boat docks and public parking spaces. Condo: All floors tiled throughout except for bedrooms which are carpeted, rear screened lanai with table set, front non-screened lanai, three bedrooms (two equipped with queen size beds, one equipped with two full size futons with upgraded mattresses, each with an individual full size bathroom), guest powder room, large size living room.
