This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is just three miles from Lewes Beach and four miles from Rehoboth. The unit combines immediate access to outlet shops and area restaurants with a quiet setting overlooking ponds and fountains. Living space includes a enclosed sun room to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, as well as a private deck off the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room provides warmth as well as beauty. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with dual sinks in a large vanity. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway as well as one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has recessed lighting and a pantry cabinet. A full size washer and dryer are located in your own laundry room. All of this is accessible by an elevator in the center of the building. (For additional pictures, please request via email or call)

A Home Away From Home

This beautiful condo has everything and I mean everything included. All you need to bring is yourself, clothes and food. It’s located in the midst of many shops and restaurants. The pool is very convenient and the beach is not far. The process was hassle free and the owner was easy to communicate with. We even had a thank you email waiting for us in our inbox before we got home from our trip. Needless to say I will be returning to this location and highly recommend it. If you want a place that is home away from home, with the benefits of being on vacation, you have found the right place. Enjoy!!

This owner was extremely easy to communicate with. She is friendly, professional and honest. The property is top rate. Just as promised, beautiful inside and out.

Pups love first trip to beach

Our family had never been to Lewes or on vacation with our 3 small Shih-tzus. We were delighted to find this clean and quiet condo. Both the condo and the complex were very pet-friendly. It is the perfect location, right along Rt. 1, with access to all local attractions, close to both Lewes and Rehobeth beaches, outlet shopping, Cape Henlopen State Park, and much more. Evelyn's communications made reserving this property an easy and friendly task. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We can't wait to return to Lewes and would highly recommend this property to others! :)
