Just the feeling you want when you are on vacation. There is the Tower lake on site for you to walk down to if fishing is your thing. Beautiful sunrises in the morning and romantic sunsets in the evening. FANTASTIC NEW ADDITION!!!!! SPA/HOT TUB. Now you are able to experience luxury and a different level. After a frantic day of shopping, sightseeing come home to relax in your own powerful spa or soak away that tiredness in the hot tub. The beauty of a seperate hot tub/ spa is that you can have much higher tempreture setting or a much more powerful spa massage. You have just got to try it to believe it!

Sunray Villa is a beautiful property on one of the largest plots of the prestigious community of Tower lakes at Calabay Parc. Being in central Florida, it is an excellent location for those of you who want to do everything possible whilst on vacation. Disney and all major theme parks close enough to visit daily while still being able to enjoy the beauty that Florida has to offer. Beautiful beaches, Nature trails, Fishing, Diving, shopping are just some of the alternatives. The community itself has a scenic lake where you can fish, or just take romantic strolls at sunset. The villa has many restuarants close by if you would like to go out to eat. Walmart, Walgreens Publix are just some of the supermarkets nearby if you need them.

The security deposit will be returnable within 30 days if no damage or loss has been reported. This will be determined by the management company and cleaning company.
