This spacious one bedroom SUPERIOR SUITE condo is situated by the waterside, this unit enjoys an ideal, walking to the near by beach pools, and restaurant. You can see throughout the sliding glass doors a view you’ll remember for the rest of your life! The covered patio provides an ideal place to experience the breathtaking daily vista of a Caribbean sunrise over water while sipping your morning coffee. The resort offers many island activities. You can participate to them, or just relax and enjoy the warm wind and the whisper of the tropical foliage while drinking a cool beer or a Marguerite on the private covered balcony overlooking the turquoise Caribbean see. The resort has 3 private pools, private beaches and restaurants all within walking distance from the VILLA ROSA condo. Taxi service is available. For more question call me or send me an email.

    HOLIDAY RATES 290.00/NT
    $25 extra for each additional adults guess + 8% Tax on, off and peak seasons.
    CLEANING FEE APPLICABLE FOR LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS STAY
    50% deposit to reserve it.
    No deposit refund unless the condo is re-rented (minus of 10% for handling fee).
    Check in after 3:00 PM check out before 11:00 AM.
    Additional towels and housekeeping service can be arranged thru the resort.

The view alone is reason enough to stay here. The condo is clean with no functional problems. Had there been any, the gorgeous view and surroundings would quickly put them out of your thoughts. My wife and I enjoyed 5 fantastic nights at Villa Rosa. The gentile breezes were wonderful with the dual sliding glass doors open and the morning sun highlighting the distant islands, relaxation was the order of the day. You won't be sorry, but be sure you can enjoy an area that is very hilly. Walking can be challenging, but the exercise will highten your experience. Getting around is easy once you master the "dolla" transit system. Go if you can, the island is beautiful and the villa is a secure and throughly enjoyable experience.
