Minutes from Disney in a beautiful gated community centrally located with dining and shopping at your doorstep is where you will find our gorgeous vacation villa. We have six bedrooms, all with TVs and DVD players, two living rooms, two dining rooms, a huge kitchen with a breakfast bar, a screened-in pool and spa that overlooks the lake and a gamesroom that has a foosball table, 8' pool table and 7' air hockey table. The community itself has a 6000 sq ft Clubhouse that offers a cyber cafe, a fully equipped exercise room, pool and spa, basketball and volleyball courts. The Bella Vida Resort is a new facility. Villa Rental Rates Discounted 20% off Reg. prices for stays until Dec 20/09.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this fantastic villa. The facilities in the villa and in the surrounding community were first class. It was clean, spacious and very well-maintained.
It has very easy access to the Parks, with Disneyworld being only 15 minutes drive away straight along the '192'. My whole familiy were very irmpressed with the villa - with everything available at your fingertips, either onsite, or within a 5 minute drive.
I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to have first class accomodation, in a quiet area/community, but within easy access of Orlando and all of the Parks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very nice, spacious, well decorated, extremely spacious home. Nice lake view, would stay there again if I'm in the area again.
