In close proximity are a multitude of world famous boutique wineries and restaurants such as Chateau St. Jean, Kenwood Winery, Kunde Estate Winery, St. Francis, Ledson, Benzinger, B.R. Cohn, SL Cellar, Mayo, Blackstone, Landmark, VB, etc. After a day of wine tasting, relax and enjoy the hot tubs with jetted spa located in the garden under the ancient oak trees or take a quick swim at the nearby Morton warm springs mineral swimming pools or visit the Robert Ferguson Observatory at Sugarloaf Ridge. If seeking outdoor activities, the Annadel and Jack London State Parks offer biking, hiking, picnic facilities and swimming. Or, you can just go out the door and you are at the famous road for mountain bikers.
MAIN HOUSE:
The spacious living room has a wood stove fireplace that provides a cozy atmosphere to relax, read, watch the flat screen television with DVD and CD player to listen to your favorite music and play board games. It is also surrounded by glass walls and four glass doors for easy access to the wrap around balcony, with vaulted ceiling and Swedish style architecture. The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is equipped with Thermador gas range, Miele oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer, toaster and coffee maker. The dining room seats eight and has its own wood stove fireplace. With two bedrooms, two baths and two convertible beds, eight people can be accommodated for a comfortable stay. Outside dining table for eight people on the deck/balcony is also provided. On the flagstone patio, you can relax, barbeque and enjoy the rose trees and a small terraced vineyard and the 60 feet bocce ball court.
GUEST HOUSE:
Has outside deck by the living room, one bedroom with Queen size bed and a convertible bed in the living room. Kitchen has granite counter top, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom has a shower and pedestal sink.
ARTIST STUDIO:
Adjacent to the main house is an artist studio where you can relax, read (books provided), and exercise (equipment provided). Enjoy the outdoor hot tub/spa and the beautifully landscaped gardens with some fruit trees.
All diningwares, kitchenwares, bedroom linens and bathroom towels are provided.
