We are just two minutes from the 101 and 51 freeways with easy access to prestigious North Scottsdale. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and two minutes away from shopping, banks, gas, groceries, spas, golf. Walking trails are just steps from the front door. The backyard has nice shade and lots of grass. The house is nicely furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, full beds in other two bedrooms. The kitchen is well appointed with new stainless steel appliances. Just minutes from JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort where you can be pampered at the Revive Spa or golf at Wildfire Golf Club.
