I loved the fact that it was a short walk to Washington St. downtown. I could walk to the pier or beach too.

Having a washer and dryer available was great. There was no DVD player but it didn't affect us that much. We did use the Internet access.

We had four people, three adults and one child. I think it would have been crowded with 7.

The condo was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to friends.

Our family visited this condo for Labor Day Weekend and were extremely impressed. It was beautiful, had plenty of room and was well worth the visit. Would highly recommend. The pictures do not do the condo justice as we were surprised upon the visit to see it is even nicer than what it appears to be on the website. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and well organized. The master bedroom had plenty of room for a crib and also included a comfy rocking chair. The location is also a bonus. You can go to the beach, do downtown shopping, have a pronto pup or ice cream all within walking distance. The pool was a nice bonus for our kids and for us in the late afternoons or during nap times. We really appreciated the owners attention to detail. Great place for the price!

A grill and internet access would have been nice but not necessary. My husband visited the coffee shop each morning for access and enjoyed having that time to himself.

Very nice condo/cottage!
Excellent location, nice small pool (with swim jet!). The owner is wonderful with communication. There is no gas/BBQ grill and there is no wireless internet access, so those items should be changed in the property features. Not having those items did NOT hinder the experience.
This place is WONDERFUL!!
