This 1700 sq. ft. penthouse on the 14th floor of the new Mar Vista Grande will far exceed your rental expectations. Cleaned and SANITIZED for each new renters health safety. Professionally decorated, the unit is completely upgraded not like the typical unit. It has maple cabinetry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceramic tile floors, plush carpet, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, wet bar and wine cooler. Enjoy an oversized glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom. The balcony, largest in the Mar Vista Grande, offers outside dining for six and relaxing on two lounge chairs. All patio furniture has cushions for guest comfort. We spent a week in this delightful unit in October 2007 and couldn't have been more pleased! The condo is new and beautifully decorated, and it was so nice to have breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, beach walks, great shoppping, and dinners out.
Myrtle Beach has it all!

My sisters and I (4ladies) had the most amazing vacation in this well decorated, comfortable and private condo. Steps away from the beach we had plenty of room for privacy or being together. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and we absolutely look forward to another stay in the future.

This condo was a First Class location, First Class view, First Class accomdations and First Class condo in a First Class facility.

I searched a long time to find one of the best condo's and when we entered the condo, our guests all went "wow", great place. One of the best!

My friends and I spent the first week of October in this wonderful condo at the MarVista Grande. While we have stayed many very nice places over the years on our annual 'girls trip', we all agree that this unit tops our list. The location, the layout of the condo itself and the very nice furnishings and decor made our vacation great. We felt so at home and would without question recommend this unit.

Our family stayed here at the end of September, 2008. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean, which is especially important when travelling with Grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked, if you decide that you want meals in. We all enjoyed the pool and lazy river.
