Cabo San Lucas Vacation Rental house

Best vacations ever and planning a third one. This is truly a vacation with no-bad-days!

The house is everything you would expect and more expecially if you have quite a few people. With the two levels you never feel on top of eachother and the way the spaces are split up you can have privacy.

This is an easy trip from the airport - you can make arrangements to be picked up which is nice if it's your first trip because you will be taken right to the front door of this beautiful villa. All the instructions you are given are easy and let's you know how everything works.

We opted to use the van that is at the property - the only way to go! Gets you everywhere, holds enough people and not so grand that you can't pile in the beach stuff and maybe a little sand.

You can see the town of Cabo, the bay, the ships that come in right from the deck which is across the whole back of the house, upper floor and just over your own pool - the sunsets are spectacular and if you are a camera buff you will be in heaven.

I like that I can pack light because you have your own laundry right in the house - leaves room in my suitcase for all those great treasures and believe me, there are some real deals.

You don't have to worry about the water - there is a filter system which is a real plus. Also has regular maintenance people for the pool and watering.

Very close to shopping - Costco & WalMart are just down the street. WalMart always has an english speaking person to help you find what you need. There's even a store down the street that just sell's beer and there's a lady that brings her cart out everynight and sells the best burritos you'll ever eat. She's just down the street.

They have built a new park next to this development with the best restaurant - you can walk or drive. Two lobster tails for $19.95 - we went there twice - it's the best!

The house also has phone service to the states with a stateside number which really made it nice for us - cell phones didn't work.

If we had any questions we were always able to reach the owner, very helpful and nice to deal with.
