GET A SUPER VIEW OF MURRELL'S INLET AND GORGEOUS SUNRISES AND SUNSETS.Fully-equipped kitchen, wet bar, washer/dryer, with wall-to-wall carpet, and central air conditioning. Amenities include an enclosed heated pool and hot tub, and also an outdoor pool.Master Bedroom has King bed; Bedroom 2 has two full beds; Bedroom three has 1 Queen bed.MY RATES INCLUDE LINENS, TOWELS AND CLEANUP ON THE WAY OUT.Discounted golf to approximately 30 golf courses available to my renters. Many great restaurants. Approximately 20 minutes from any of the major activities in Myrtle Beach. Less than expected

After reading the only other review of this property, I was really expecting a "clean, well-kept" place to stay for our vacation. I was disappointed to find this rental to be less than clean, particularly in the kitchen, with some minor maintenance issues that needed attention. We enjoyed the Garden City area immensely and the owner was pleasant to work with. The unit does have spectacular views. We will definitely come back to Garden City.
Owner's Response: I was shocked to read that this particular renter had an issue with the cleansliness of this unit. I repeatedly receive comments when folks return the keys about how clean the place really is. The maintenance issues turned out to be a broken patio chair and a chair that needed repair in the kitchen. Both broken by the renter preceeding this renter!! All they had to do was let the manager of the property know and both would have been replaced immediately. And for that matter, had they left the manager know that they were not happy with the cleansliness of the kitchen, that also would have been addressed immediately. I checked with the manager and none of the stated issues were addressed. We pride ourselves on keeping a well stocked clean place and are proud of our response to maintenance issues and regret not getting that opportunity with this renter.

EXCELLENT CONDO

Our family stayed in late August and had a great time. Condo was very well kept,clean and had a gorgeous view. Very nice beach and easy to get around. Beach is not even a short walk. We have and will continue to tell everyone we know about this unit. We plan on returning next year. We have stayed at other places along the beach and like this unit the best. The owner is a great person and very helpful. Never had a problem with staff or with the elevators. Thank you for letting us stay !!!!!!!

This was a great rental. Everyone had their own bedroom, the condo was clean and well kept. The view of the ocean and dolphins every morning was a treat. It was quiet - you didn't know you were in a condo building. It is not located in a commercialized area - nice! Very family oriented. If you want to visit attractions they are within an appropriate driving distance. We enjoyed Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park (alligators in the wild), Capt. Dicks speedboat/dolphin watch, Ripley's Aquarium, T.I.G.E.R. Preservation photos, Crabby Mikes Restaurant, Johnny Rockets restaurant, and just being there. I would and have recommended this condo to friends and family. We will definitely go again. The only thing we were disappointed in was the clarity of the ocean water. It seemed to be very murky close to the beach. I don't know if this is normal or storm related or what, but it was that way all week and all up and down the beach. The elevator was working properly and we did not have issues checking out (we left at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday). The desk personnel were most helpful.
