Spectacular 3,000 square ft. house built in 2004 in the style of a grand mountain lodge, 50 ft. from sparkling Fall River. Enjoy the sights and sounds of rushing water, rising trout and egrets flying just over the river's surface! Fly fish in your back yard, ski and snowboard nearby Mt. Bachelor, raft the Deschutes River, mountain bike, hike and fish along the Cascade Lakes Highway. Professionally decorated in the craftsman lodge style, this home sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Two king beds, 6 single beds, 1 bunk bed and great river views! 3 TVs with Dish Network, DVD and VCR players. The great room features a 16 ft. high ceiling, a large stone fireplace w/realistic gas logs, a bar and a river view. A reading loft above overlooks the river. The large adjoining kitchen features all modern conveniences and is fully stocked. Full laundry room. Large deck along the river. 12 miles from the restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, bicycling and pools at Sunriver Resort.

We loved our stay in this home! It is comfortable to fit several families together and very child friendly. It would also make a great getaway weekend for social groups. The home is very clean and comfortable for all.

The river runs right next to the house and was so peaceful to watch and listen to at night. The fishing was amazing. Our 3 yr old nephew got to experience catching his first trout. The neighbors are very friendly and come out and talk to you on walks and teach you all about the fishing.

Very lovely home and we would definitely recommend it and plan to stay again. Close to Bend and well worth the drive out of town to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Would also be a beautiful place to visit in the winter.
