Only 5 minutes away from the 'Athenian Riviera', this gorgeous new, modern and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apartment in the exclusive area of Voula, Athens is an ideal place to spend your well deserved vacation. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood it is only 5 minutes away from Voula and Kavouri Beach and the most cosmopolitan beach in Athens, Vouliagmeni beach. Only a few miles from the Glyfada Shopping Center, restaurants and nightlife you feel away from everything but close enough to it all. The apartment is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Athens center, the Acropolis and museums and at the same time only 15 minutes away from the Elephtherios Venizelos Airport and 15min away from Pireus Port. The apartment has a large terrace leading from the living room, and both bedrooms and kitchen also have balconies. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a gated parking spot with.

At the same time, it is located only 400min from the beach which makes it on it's own a perfect vacation spot. It's convenient location also helps travelers who would like to explore the ancient ruins of Attica since it is only a 15- 20 drive 10-15 min metro ride to the Acropolis and a 20 min drive to the ancient temple of Sounion. The cosmopolitan shopping centers of Glyfada and Voula are just a 5 min drive along with the Vari sports club which is one of the largest health clubs of Athens.
