Being just 55 minutes from Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 5 minute walk to Tahoe City, 15 minutes by car to Cal/Nev and incline village casinos, 10 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Two minutes out the front door to swimming fishing and boating. A 5 minute walk will also put you at the boat works where you may rent a boat or jet ski or go parasailing. Call me for special local rates on jet skis. Minutes by foot to great Chinese food or a moonlight dinner on a dinner boat or if a gym is what you need its minutes by foot at the lake front.
