Our Vacation Home Rental is located near Lake Travis and nestled in the Texas Hill Country on 5 acres in a very secluded setting. We are only minutes from the State Capital of Austin and 40 minutes from the airport. Take a short trip to Austin to see the sights, or head out to some of the fabulous restaurants and world-famous live music and nightlife. We sleep 2-4, guests and are only about a mile from Lake Travis. Lake Travis is the largest Lake in the state; boat and jet ski rentals are located 1.5 miles away as well as good restaurants and a deli. We also offer boat parking during your stay. We are minutes from the Mansfield Dam boat ramp. We are pet friendly, child friendly, and smoke-free. We offer a very comfortable Queen sized bed- linens supplied, central A/C, stereo, TV, and Cable. The house also has a fold out queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, silverware, dishes, and more.

    We require a 72 hour cancellation notice for confirmed reservations
    Rates reflect double occupancy, with additional charge of $20/person up to 4 people (no extra charge for children)
    No unsupervised minors and tenants under the age of 25 require an additional deposit

Great place for a weekend getaway

We had a great time staying here in Hudson Bend for the weekend. It was the perfect place for us to have a short getaway from downtown with our dog. We brought our bikes to ride down to the marina and took advantage of the grill to have a tasty cookout. The studio was very nice - clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Our hosts Holly and Steven were very friendly and graciously let us stay late on our checkout day.

We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again. I also think this place would be perfect for out-of-town guests who want something better than the usual hotel experience.
