Notes: Home has Satellite TV with HBO and has televisions in 4 rooms: Lg. Flatscreen in living room, big screen in game room, tv in master bedroom and upstairs guest bedroom with twin beds. Fantastic gameroom with bar, new pool table, card table with games and poker chips, and tv. Gourmet kitchen has full service of glasses, dinnerware and flatware for 12, plus barware. Three wetbars in house. Dining room has additional seating on attached outdoor dining deck with pool views. There is a large, fenced-in dog yard with plenty of shade, next to house. Three story house is not designed for young children, people who cannot use stairs, and anyone who is a non-swimmer, pool is not fenced and there are many stairs, decks, balcony and terraces. Pool is not heated. Parental supervision is required at all times for children! No more than 10 people allowed in house at any one time. No large gatherings, parties, weddings, reunions permitted.

The WOW factor

What a lovely property. More stunning than described or any picture could capture. Clean, bright, beautiful comfy beds, well stocked beautiful modern kitchen, beautiful spa bathrooms, three floors, large rooms, picture windows for the awe inspiring views. More than enough space. Bring your camera. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Close to Sea World (15 min), restaurants (10 in), grocery store (5 min). The outdoor gas grill was a great plus. Follow your directions or you will be lost (Mapquest took us right to it, the GPS was wrong).

Cons- low water pressure in master bath, not child friendly (open pool, stairs and steps everywhere, artwork and decorations situated on the floor) BUT our kids had a great time ages 18 months, 4, 7, 11- this is not a place to let them run around unattended.
Owner's Response: At the time of this guest's stay, master bath water pressure was reported to be lower than usual. Problem has been addressed and fixed!

Family Getaway Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend here! The house is lovely with lots of designer details. There were eight adults and two small children in our group and I was excited to find a house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. This property is ideal for a family getaway and I will keep the details for another visit.

The location is close enough to San Antonio for all of the things to do there; however, we just enjoyed the pool and the game room and the beautiful hill country setting. There is a large fenced dog run so the puppy was able to come with us as well. (a plus) My only concern was all of the steps and the toddler - we all kept a close eye on her and she had a blast!

Relaxing winter break

A lovely home with very nice owners. We had a wonderful time relaxing a few days before Christmas. It was very cold while we were there and we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit. The house offers the most awesome views of the hill country. We were able to set the kids up in one area with all their toys, etc. and the adults had an area all to themselves to enjoy, also. The outdoor eating area right off the kitchen was great for one of our evening meals. We had plenty of space and the furnishings were very nice.
The beds were really comfy and everything you needed to make yourself at home was provided. It was nice being away from the city but close enough to enjoy SeaWorld and Natural Bridge Caverns, etc.

This Texas get-away provides the absolute best of Hill Country sweeping views; spaciousness, elegance of house and grounds; large pool and waterfall; and complete amenities for relaxing. It is furnished in beautiful tile, eclectic quality furnishings. And every morning and evening there's an opportunity to watch numerous deer enjoy the nearby surroundings.

The owners are great and responsive to every need.

You couldn't make a better choice as "home base" for visits to San Antonio, Hill Country and Austin!!!
