Incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from this 1st floor condo directly on the oceanfront. This unit is the closest unit to the beach. Walk out the door and down the steps right onto the sandy beach. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom or from the living room's large picture windows. Listen to the ocean as the waves crash. Watch the sky change as the sun rises and the surfers take to the waves. Dolphin, whales, and sea turtles are common to view. Relax in the pool as you enjoy the views of the ocean. Cook out on the pool side grills and dine under the beachside pavilion. You will never want to leave this relaxing environment. Shuttle launches are easy to view to the north up the beach. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms newly remodeled with new carpet and tile. New t.v. in the living room with new TVs in both bedrooms. King sized bed in spacious master bedroom. Two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Central AC. One hour east of Orlando. 15 mins south of Cocoa Beach.

Our days at the beach

Very nice condo. Tastefully decorated. Has a nice "beachy" theme without being overdone. We loved being able to watch the sea turtles and dolphins from the large living room and bedroom window. Good size for 4 people.

Great Location. 1-1/2 hours to Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Sanford Airport. Great zoo in Melbourne about 1/2 hour away.

Very peaceful and relaxing area. It was great just walking a few steps to the private beach or the pool.

We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was an excellent corner location with the pool on one side and the oceanview on the other. Large Master bedroom with its own bathroom, very clean and well maintained. Almost everything you'd need for your home away from home (no iron or blowdryer).

Owners were available for instruction via phone but otherwise left us alone for our romantic getaway. No "front desk" for check in but manager on the property and available if there were questions...very personable and caring in a "neighborhood watch" kind of way.

Definitely need a car to get around. Quiet beach all to ourselves was wonderful. Public beaches within walking distance.

Owners better reached by phone. Did not check email or respond regularly by email. For better service, call. Once they hooked up with us, they were prompt about delivering the contract and returning the damage deposit afterwards. Easy to work with allowing us to book earlier and later instead of just Saturday to Saturday.

Loved the Dos Amigos mexican restaurant...great nachos!

Outstanding Beach Rental

This condo is close to perfect. It's a ground floor unit, the one closest to the beach and the pool. The master bedroom and the living room have large windows that look directly toward the ocean. The unit is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The grounds and the exterior of the building make a beautiful setting. The owers were flexible about allowing us to add a couple nights to our weekly stay so weren't limited to a Saturday-Saturday rental. We loved it here and hope to rent this unit again!
