Welcome to Casita de Villa... A gorgeous two story, two bedroom condominium just steps to Little Italy and Downtown San Diego. This lovely get-a-way displays a colorful designer palette throughout the home that is both warm and welcoming, located just minutes from the airport. Upon entering the upstairs, you will find a half bath, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining nook, along with an attached family room that offers vaulted ceilings. The balcony offers panoramic views, as well as seating for two to dine al fresco. This immaculate home comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The downstairs offers a complete Master suite with walk-in closet and full bath as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds (1double /1 twin), another full size bath. The unit offers below ground, gated parking for two assigned spaces. This is the perfect home away from home to experience downtown living and is a great location for viewing all the fantastic sites San Diego has to offer.

Fantastic Vacation Spot!!

We LOVED staying at Casita de Villa! It was the absolute perfect place for our family. The condo has all the amenities we could have possibly asked for, making our stay as comfortable as can be. The location in Downtown's Little Italy was just the best. We were able to hit all the spots on our "to do" list within minutes...such as Balboa Park, Downtown's Gaslamp, Seaport Village...as well as it was just minutes from the airport...it couldn't have been better.

We loved Little Italy and especially the ability to walk to so many terrific restaurants, galleries and more. Our faves were Po Pazzo for the best Italian around...and then of course Extraordinary Desserts which we made a point of going to a couple of times.

The weather was just gorgeous and in hindsight, we wished we would have booked a longer stay....but we now know where to go and stay when we are in town. Our home away from home, really allowed us such a great opportunity to enjoy the downtown life and get a glimpse into a lifestyle so different from our own. The views from the rooftop deck were so incredible and the fact that you have a full size washer and dryer allowed us great flexibility when packing for our visit.

We would highly recommend your rental to all of our friends and family and thank you again for going out of your way to make our stay perfect!

Thank you for a fantastic vacation. We absolutely loved staying in your condo. Your home is not only gorgeous but offered all the amenities that made our trip so easy. We couldn't hae asked for a better location. We walked into downtown Little Italy several times to enjoy the restaurants and galleries. It was so cool to be just minutes from so many of the places we had on our list as must see's. We only wished that our stay could have been longer! But now we know and we really felt like we got the absolute best value for our stay! We would recommend your place to all of our friends and family....just so long as we can get in next year!!

Our family was so happy with this condo. It is so comfortable, well furnished and supplied with numerous nice touches. The neighborhood is wonderful. After seeing all of San Diego, this neighborhood was my favorite. Great restaurants, cute shops, and great Italian groceries. Wonderful value!!!
