It's just a 3 block walk to beach access at South Beach, or if you prefer, stay in and enjoy the private, swimming pool, which has most favourable southern exposure (for sun all day). The property is located on a quiet street, and is less than ½ mile to all conveniences - groceries; movie theatre, restaurants, ice cream parlour, and more. You'll find our vacation property in immaculate condition - with central air conditioning, includes new bedding, bed and bath linen and a fully-equipped kitchen including toaster oven, blender, microwave, etc. High speed Internet access, cable TV (Large Screen LCD TV in lounge, a large TV in the main bedroom and a normal TV in the other rooms),VCR's in each room, phone service and ceiling fans are located in all rooms.
