A New Swimming Pool With Jacuzzi It's Just Build Just In Front Of The Villas. The best beach of Playa del Carmen is 2 blocks from the villa and you can have easy walking access to everything. Playacar phase 1 is the most exclusive gated community of Playa del Carmen and you can be secure and away from the noise of the town. The villa is brand new and is created and it's manage by italian owners and all the best furniture inside are directly from Italy. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a full italian kitchen. Floor has many balconys and an autonomy access to the entrance. A big hot tub-Jacuzzi is on the roof top of Villa Castillo Blanco (extra cost), a tennis court is few steps from the villa.
