Perfect for two families! Beautiful bright, clean and open air conditioned home. Situated on a 1 acre corner lot.The grounds are meticulous.Minutes to Nauset beach.Children can play bocce, soccer, croquet or wiffle ball in the front or back yard. While adults can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon drinks or a BBQ on the patio.After you return from the beach you can shower in the outside shower.There is a commercial window air cond. that keeps the entire first floor cool. Every bedroom has its own window air cond.The first floor consists of a large, bright, renovated kitchen which is open to the dining area and the family room.There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed. There is a full bath on the first floor.The second floor has two oversize bedrooms with water view of Pochet Inlet.The master bedroom has two double beds. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a crib.There is a full bath upstairs too. Family room furniture and dining table replaced in 2008. /
