Coconut Point is a spectacular new (2007) Atlantic oceanfront home on the Bahamian out-island of Eleuthera. It is located in the center of the island on the pristine pink sand beaches of Double Bay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a screened-in ocean-view porch and great room with kitchen and dining area. The great room features 5 sets of french doors accessing the porch and looking out to the azure waters of the Atlantic. At 100 miles long and a mere two miles wide, Eleuthera effortlessly keeps travelers near its secluded pink- and white-sand beaches. Together with Harbour Island, Eleuthera charms travelers with colonial villages and pineapple plantations. The Out Island of Eleuthera is known for its gorgeous beaches and friendly people. Magnificent Vacation at Coconut Point

Coconut Point was a beautiful getaway from the bleak weather of home. From the long stretches of beach with glimmering pink sand and lapping waves to the friday night fish fries full of music and dancing that were right down the road, every aspect was throroughly enjoyable. The home itself made an instant impression as I walked through the front door. Looking over the threshold I was able to see through a wall of french doors that let in the entire oceanic horizon. Every detail was thought of and the house was decorated with a sharp eye.

We absolutely loved Coconut Point, the island and the people. It was our first trip to Eleuthera and we can't wait to come back! Coconut Point is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable. The master bedroom is lovely! It's a great home located in Paradise!
